Delicious, bite-sized, easy to peel and seedless… these are the citrus fruits of my cravings.
I didn’t make it to the grocery for my Sunday stock-up, so my smoothie supplies were running low yesterday. Luckily, I had a whole new box of clementines on hand, and a few more ingredients to be able to make my morning smoothie for a few more days without an emergency trip to the store. And trust me, after I drank this one day, I made it again today.
