It’s been over a week since I made the change from a pesce-vegetarian diet to a completely vegan one and yesterday I finally convinced a friend to join me for lunch at a fully vegan restaurant, Cafe Sunflower.
We started with the Spring Rolls appetizer, which came with a great wasabi dipping sauce that was definitely my favorite part of the course.
For our entrees, I ordered the Spicy Pad Thai and my friend got the Moo Shu Vegetables. The Pad Thai was recommended by the our waiter as a best seller, and I can see why – it’s incredibly creamy and full of flavors!
And that’s right, I’d definitely go again!
